計劃介紹
About the Programme
新紀元精英培訓計劃自1998年起由九龍總商會主辦，至今逾二十年，培育超過2,000名來自世界各地的大學生。今年由九龍總商會與香港恒生大學傳播學院合辦，首次以初創比賽形式呈現，讓你不只是參加者，更是真正的創業者。
Since 1998, the New Century Elite Development Programme has brought together over 2,000 outstanding university students from around the world. Now in its 24th edition, KCC co-presents this year's programme with the School of Communication at Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, for the first time structured as a full entrepreneurship competition. You're not just a participant. You're a founder in the making.
第一部分：首輪甄選
Part 1: First Round
學生以個人或5–6人團隊參賽，每人或每隊須提交不多於50字的初步創業理念。
Participate individually or as a team of 5–6. Each individual or team submits an initial startup concept of no more than 50 words.
第二部分：決賽競賽
Part 2: Final Round
評分最高的前25個概念獲選來港，於香港恒生大學傳播學院進行面對面演示。主辦方將重組來自不同國家的參賽者，組成全新跨國團隊，並為每隊配備專屬導師。交流之旅期間，參賽者將參與商業參訪，同時備戰決賽。
The top 25 concepts are selected to join an exchange trip at the School of Communication, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, where finalists pitch face-to-face. Participants are reshuffled into new cross-national teams, each assigned a dedicated mentor. Business visits are arranged during the trip as teams prepare for the final.
參賽資格
Eligibility
只要你是來自全球任何大學的全日制本科生或碩士生，均可報名參加。海峽兩岸暨港澳的學生均歡迎，團隊成員可來自不同院校。
If you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student at any university worldwide, you are eligible to apply. Students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are all welcome. Team members do not need to be from the same institution.
